The following disclaimers apply to your use of the Scout Platform and are shown in the app at the relevant features. They supplement, and are incorporated into, the Scout Terms of Service.

1. Wallet / Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transfers

You are responsible for verifying all recipient addresses and transaction details before proceeding. Scout does not facilitate, control, or monitor peer-to-peer transfers. All transactions are irreversible. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that Scout is not liable for any lost funds, misdirected transfers, errors, or disputes arising from wallet or P2P activity.

2. AI-Generated Reports

AI-generated reports are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should not be solely relied upon for any investment decision. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all information before acting on it. Scout disclaims all liability for reliance on AI-generated content.

3. Social Posting / Trade Sharing

Posts reflecting trades, portfolio activity, or investment opinions are shared for discussion and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, trading signals, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any asset. Scout is not responsible for any decisions made in reliance on user-generated posts or content.

4. DEX Trades

By executing this trade, you confirm that you are solely responsible for your wallet, assets, and all transaction decisions. Scout does not custody funds, execute transactions, control DEX protocols, or guarantee pricing, liquidity, or execution outcomes. All DEX trades are irreversible. You may incur slippage, gas fees, or total loss of funds due to smart contract risks, protocol failures, or market conditions. Scout is not responsible for the actions, errors, or failures of any third party, including decentralized exchanges, liquidity providers, or on-chain protocols. Scout is not liable for any losses, errors, or disputes arising from DEX activity.

5. Stripe On-Ramp / Fiat-to-Crypto

By using Stripe or its partner services to purchase cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that all transactions are processed solely by Stripe or its designated third-party providers. Scout does not handle payments, custody funds, perform identity verification, or control any purchased assets. Token availability, pricing, and transaction execution are determined solely by the provider and are not guaranteed by Scout. All transactions are irreversible. You are fully responsible for verifying all transaction details, wallet addresses, and token selections prior to completing a purchase. Scout is not liable for any losses, errors, or disputes arising from the on-ramp service.

6. Leaderboard

Leaderboards, rankings, and performance comparisons displayed on Scout are based on user-reported or user-permitted data and are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, endorsements, or representations of any user's actual financial performance. Data may be incomplete, delayed, aggregated, or adjusted for privacy and compliance purposes. Scout does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any ranking data. Past performance reflected in any ranking does not guarantee future results. Do not make investment decisions based on leaderboard standings.
